Narrow Grip Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 reps

Place index finger on the smooth. Complete on a 3-4 minute clock. Sets are progressive.

-Gymnastics' Strength-

Three rounds of:
10 Strict Handstand Push ups
15 Strict Ring Dips
20 Strict Push ups
45 Strict Pull ups

Scale as needed but the strict movements must remain honest.
