Odd Minutes: 8-15 Chest to Bar Pull ups
Even Minutes: 40 Double Unders

-Conditioning-

Sprint "Air Force"
For time:
10 Thrusters
10 Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls
10 Push Jerks
10 Overhead Squats
10 Front Squats

At the beginning of every minute (even to start the workout), complete 4 burpees. The Rx weight is 135/95.
