Ten rounds for max height:
PVC Pipe Jump Overs
Rest 1.5-2 minutes

Start at 30"/24" and go up in height each set. These can and are encouraged to be approach jump overs. 

Make sure you're resting at least 90 seconds. 

Score is height in inches. Must be completed before class conditioning.

For time:
100 Handstand Push ups

Time matters. If you're not that great at them, break into sets that would make you appear faster.
